The protection of the potable water and utility water mains against biofilm is an important component of a factory’s hygiene concept to avoid reinfections of products and cross-contaminations. For dosing tasks, ProMinent offers pumps working with a high degree of accuracy, availability and operational reliability. Using the condensate of evaporation processes results in high energy savings and reduces the fresh water consumption and the waste water costs.
Ozone can be used in low doses to guarantee hygiene in fish rearing basins. The ozone dissociates into oxygen without any residues and serves as an additional oxygen supply.

New metering heads comply with the most stringent hygienic requirements. Dependent on required capacity range motor- or solenoid-driven metering pumps will be employed. The proven Sigma motorised metering pumps and delta® diaphragm metering pumps with regulated solenoid drive form the basis of the pumps.
Customized dosing systems DULCODOS® custom are individually designed, constructed and supplied according to customer preferences. Also according to ATEX (explosion proof). You as our customer do not have any installation efforts. On demand, we even commission the plants on the spot.
